I had never flown before, so when a friend recommended Jessica to help me book my first flight, I was both excited and nervous. She was the same Jessica every time I called, when I apologies for calling so much she always answered and I quote “that’s my job” I even contacted her from Alaska and asked her to change my seats assignment for my trip back and within 15 minutes she got me a new seat assignment. As the founder of HVA Social, I partnered with SJ-Travels to launch our first quarterly fundraising group cruise with Carnival. It was exactly as promised—and more. The cruise turned into a networking bonanza, with highlights like meeting Ms. Kay, a seasoned cruiser who volunteered to represent our group on future trips.
